For your comfort, every apartment has air-conditioning, access to wireless internet, as well as LCD TV, DVD and satellite TV access. You do not have to choose between good localization and comfort, cozy or modern interior. If you like luxury, La Gioia's high standard is exactly what you need. In the apartment there is one double bed comfortably accommodating up to two people.

An addition advantage is the possibility to live in three other apartments on the same floor one next to another. La Gioia 1, 2, 3 and 4 can accommodate in total up to 12 people.

We ask you not to smoke in the apartments, nor to bring any pets, animals etc. When moving in, we may ask for a refundable deposit of 100 Euro. When paying by card, a 4% transactional fee is also charged (6% for American Express).
