For your comfort, every apartment has air-conditioning, access to wireless internet, as well as LCD TV, DVD and satellite TV access. La Gioia 10 offers a comfortable queen-size double bed and one single bed on a mezzanine, one pull-out sofa bed in the sitting area, a kitchenette and a dining area. This apartment houses a maximum of 5 people.

An addition advantage is the possibility to live in two other adjoining apartments on the same floor. La Gioia 9, 10 and 11 can accommodate in total up to 14 people.

Moreover, to complete comfort furnishing of interiors, our guests are welcomed to use a GYM center (with steam and dry sauna, Jacuzzi) located in the same building. Please do not smoke in our apartments. At the arrival we can take a returnable deposit of 150 Euro.

We ask you not to smoke in the apartments, nor to bring any pets, animals etc. When moving in, we may ask for a refundable deposit of 150 Euro. When paying by card, a 4% transactional fee is also charged (6% for American Express). Underground parking is possible (reservation needed) in price of 17 Euro / day.
